All personalised items are made to order with a 5-7 day turnaround. We always endeavour to work faster than this! Your items will then be sent your chosen shipping method. If you have ordered items alongside personalised ones they will all be sent together in one parcel unless otherwise arranged.

We are away at a few Christmas fairs this season, during which time there may be a small delay to your orders as they will be processed when we are back in the workroom after each one
